From 1989- Present

Sapir has developed over 3 Million sq. ft. of retail and office real estate. Sapir served as CEO to the Davis Media Group. A company he founded that combined real estate news with entertainment. Sapir has served as legal adviser to the Sapir Family Foundation and Trust. Sapir has also served as legal adviser to the Robert Gore Rifkind Foundation & Trust. Robert Gore Rifkind was lead council to Conrad N. Hilton the founder of the Hilton Hotels. In 1996 Sapir purchased the Crane Plumbing Estate. The front gates from this estate were used in the epic film "Gone With The Wind" (1939). The property was the largest private estate in Los Angeles County at the time. 


PERSONAL LIFE


Sapir was adopted and raised by his grandparents Ben and Celia Sapir, Jewish Russian immigrants. Michael Sapir is single with no children. 



Michael Sapir (Born September 29, 1968) is a real estate developer with substantial real estate holdings across the United States. Sapir launched a private investment fund in 2017 to merge Wall Street Investment bankers with emerging markets. Sapir is trustee of the Sapir Family Trust and serves on the board of directors to several of his companies.
